Rental Process
Yes, we recommend booking ahead to reserve your preferred model or to be put on a waiting list for when a bike becomes available, especially during busy seasons.
We deliver the bike with a full tank of fuel.
Please try to return it with a similar amount.
No, we do not hold your passport. We will take a photo of your passport and driving license for our records, but you keep all of your original documents.
We strongly recommend you never let a rental provider or anyone hold onto your passport!
For your privacy, we securely delete the copies after the rental period ends and we receive the bike back.
No, our pricing is all-inclusive with no security deposit required in most cases for long-term rentals.
We recommend you browse what type of bike you are after online, then call us to confirm availability and arrange delivery.
We can arrange pickup at your accommodation or a mutually convenient location.
We don’t have a strict maximum, but rentals are usually offered in 12-month contracts, which can be renewed or extended as needed. For long-term rentals, we’ll need access to the bike every 6 months for maintenance and registration renewal. During that time, we’ll provide you with a temporary replacement bike at no extra cost and arrange pickup and delivery for your convenience.
We specialise in long-term rentals, typically starting from one month or longer. For shorter rental periods we prefer you try one of our recommenced short term rental providers.
